People buying my milk tea are mostly transient. They come and go most of them are strangers to my eyes. Everyday in the mall, different faces come only a very few are familiar.

I hope it remains that way gaining despite having a competitor. I told my staff not to feel afraid. It's a normal thing to have business competitor.

That is right, I also feel, I am challenged, so I will never allow a competitor to outsmart me. I have to increase my energy and duplicate my plans.

I'm only selling milk tea in the mall. The ingredients are the same. What I have to maintain would be the attitudes of my staff, smiling and friendly. The customers are not afraid to come and buy.

The mixing of the ingredients has to be perfect. There of course has to attitude of your staff.

My staff were trained including me by the franchise dealer expert. It took two days to attend the training to avoid mistakes in mixing the ingredients and the right amount to be mixed. It's crucial to operate a milk tea selling business without proper training

Yes, I know it as in India most people take milk tea but all have separate way of making it.

It depends on the kind of milk tea they are selling. In my case it's special famous nationwide for it's franchised. Those who are doing it alone only followed the video instructions so less taste.

That's true. If the milk is pure and the tea has a good flavour the tea tastes good.
 
So sorry you had to go through such a bad encounter in your business. Unfortunately in business we come across customers who will cause trouble unnecessarily, its an allowance we have to create. I am glad the customer failed to take the shoes, it would have been a huge lose to you.

That is right, I would have a huge loss. I already informed the rider not allow a customer to open the parcel without paying first. That customer was black listed, He ordered again, but I no longer entertained him .
