For people that take orders over the phone or digital platforms for their businesses, have you ever had a situation where a customer placed an order only to call and change the order midway?

How would you handle a situation like that when you have already started working on the original order they made?
 
Yes i have experienced this before, it can be really annoying honestly but at the end of the day, you have to fulfill their requests, you can simply politely explain to them not to do it again, and if it means you are spending extra, then they are the ones to pay for it not you.
 
Business owners needs to know about this as alot of business buyers do this alot. you don't have to be so angry though
It can be frustrating to have to face this. Changing the order like that mid way would just draw you back in your business pursuits.
