Portfolio diversification is a strategy to maximize profits and reduce risk by investing funds in several investment instruments such as Btc, ETh, BNB, SOL, etc. So investors do not only focus on one type of crypto.
Before diversifying a crypto portfolio, there are several factors that need to be considered, such as:
1. The amount of investment funds. If it is only $1000, it should only be diversified into three types of crypto, for example Bitcoin 50%, BNB 30%, and SOL 20%,
2. Make adjustments regularly.

Diversification is the most common strategy used by investors to mitigate risk, be it crypto investors, stocks and other traditional assets. In addition, crypto diversification will also introduce investors to various types of crypto.

Couldn't agree more. At present, I have my crypto split 50-20-20-10 btwn Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Litecoin (the total for all combined is around $260 dollars invested, not counting gains). My investment strategy is simple: buy and hold for the long term, thus avoiding short-term capital gains taxes and not letting myself get spooked over short-term dips and drops.

I haven't made adjustments to that division above other than investing in one crypto above for a time, then another, then another and so forth.
