Some small business owners are working from home and may wish to use a post box for receiving business correspondence. Does anyone use a post box address and have they faced any problem using it instead of their real address?

Though we have post box, but not everyone makes use of it over here, most people simply make use of mails.
I don't see any significance of post box for businesses. They are almost unreachable. Social media handles is easier.

Any business, even an online business, and home based business, need a physical address. I use a physical address but it is not a post box.
I don't think post box is still efficient in my country. it is better to go with the technology now. Try to use the new messaging tools for your business
