The Narcotics Control Commission in Ghana has arrested a suspected Nigerian drug kingpin, Uchechukwu Chima, in Accra.
The 56-year-old suspect was arrested on Tuesday, March 18, 2024, following a raid at his hideout which uncovered a total of 192kg of cocaine and 0.42kg of heroine estimated at a street value of US$2.1 Million.
Acting Director, Public Affairs and International Relations of the commission, Francis Opoku Amoah, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, March 19.
