I am a member of a few forums, and in the last few months, I am getting requests to post on other forums, mostly new. Do other members of this forum, get requests to post on other forums, and do you accept these requests?
 
Some of the requests are from new forum owners, who want active members and are willing to pay. In other cases, if the forum has a referral contest, members may want to increase their referrals.
 
I guess that's a good thing if they are willing to pay you. It shows that there is a demand for good content creators and they have perceived you as one of those. I know there are many people wishing to get those requests.

Do you accept these requests for posting on forums, and do you get the payment promised? In case the forum owner does not pay as promised, what do you do to get the payment?

I ask for upfront payment. If the person does not pay upfront I will work for a week and then ask for partial payment. I cannot risk posting for the entire month without advance payment.

Yes, posting on other forums is very time consuming , so most people have to be selective in choosing the forum, especially if it is a new forum, without any payment proof.
