I used to be addicted to social media, particularly when I had my personal Facebook account. I would often spend over two hours a day scrolling through it. I also found myself quite addicted to TikTok at one point, but now I have managed to limit my time on the said app. I only use it when I want to learn something new from fellow online freelancers. Are you addicted to social media?
