Can you make $100 weekly through freelancing?

A lot of online entrepreneurs claim to make over $100 weekly through freelancing. I have sign up on freelancing sites but i find it difficult to get gigs or jobs. How do all these freelancers get jobs and make hundreds of dollars weekly?
