dysmenorrhea can significantly impact women's day-to-day activities. The severe pain and cramping associated with this condition can hinder their ability to work, study, exercise, and perform daily tasks normally. It may lead to absenteeism, reduced productivity, and lowered quality of life during menstrual cycles.

I experienced it when I was a university student. Indeed, it's so painful, at the extreme but my sister brought me to the doctor. The doctor prescribed medicine and an exercise to avoid a painful menstruation. I no longer suffer dysmenorrhea.
