My last partnership business was a restaurant business. I owned the business along with two other people. We invested equal amount of money and gave equal time for the business, none of us took any profit and we continue to invest in the business. However, after two years we started making losses and the partners took away their share and moved on. Do you have partnership business experience?

Sorry to hear about your business that never gained. Selling milk tea in the mall is my first online business and I do not have a business partner. I think I will not be at ease and comfortable if having a business partner.

I don't have a single experience when it comes to partnership business, and to be honest i do not have any plans of trying it right now.
I also do not have a business partner. I may do it if I can have many milk tea benches. This time my plan to open another branch may not be good because og many sellers of milk tea now mall to mall.

I also have experience running a partnership business when producing bricks for building materials, although in the end the business went bankrupt not because of fraud but because the brick model was outdated.
That was a worrisome experience of your partnership business. It was better of you and business partners to shift to what's the latest. It could have been boomed.

The equipment or machines to make the latest bricks are very expensive, and we do not have enough funds to have them, moreover our business also has to compete with big companies.

It depends though but am sure when your brand becomes well known people would want to patronize your branches as well.

It would be hard if you lack capital and you also have competitors owning big companies. It's hard to compete with big companies with billions of capital. They are all big time capitalists with big time company partners. Just proceed with the business you have now.

We have partnered with other businesses in our industry. The core of partnership is that no one should be exploited.
