Furniture Making vs Roof Construction as a business? Which is more profitable?

Two of the value chains in woodwork related business is furniture making and also. construction of roofing. All are done by carpenters.

Looking solely at profitability generally, which of the two is a more profitable woodwork specialization between the two?

I think furniture making excelled. There are many retailers of furnitures compared to roofing. Roofing seems seasonal, whereas, furniture demand is progressing.

My grandfather was both a furniture maker and a roof construction carpenter. And he told me that one roof construction paid much more than furniture making.

I think the both can be profitable depending on the connect of the carpenter. But I personally prefer furniture ahead of roof construction.
