Getting Scammed By Advertisers

Have you ever been scammed by advertisers? Well, this happened to me three times. Two advertisers shut down without allowing me to withdraw my earnings and without even communicating, and one advertisers refused to pay me because I did not have enough balance and removed me from ad program because I was not receiving enough north American traffic.
