Has an app ever failed you at a point you desperately needed it to work?

There are certain situations or circumstances that we would have something very serious to do with a particular app. And it is a normal thing for apps to misbehave by crashing or hanging unnecessarily.

Has any app ever disappointed you when you desperately needed to use it?

This has happened to me with bank app, in this case it was network issue. I had to wait a while for the network to come back.
