Has your email marketing worked for traffic?

Email marketing is a popular marketing method, it is also widely used marketing method. You can use email marketing to promote products and services for driving sales or promote content to build traffic. Have you ever been able to build traffic through your email marketing? When you promote content through email marketing, do you get traffic to your content through your subscribers, how many subscribers do you have?

I don't know how many people would visit a site because they received an email from the site. But I and most people I know won't visit.

Wouldn't you visit a site where you voluntarily subscribed for news and updates through emails? Let's say you internet service sends you email with offers, wouldn't you click on the links?

Well, i wouldn't know if email marketing would work for my traffic because i have not made use of it.

Email marketing isn’t a tactic that I like to use. I’d rather market on social media and forums.
