Have you ever cut down a tree?

It is not proper to cut down trees that you did not plant. Secondly, we don't just cut down trees. We do some rituals before cutting down any tree especially gigantic trees. In my community, there is spiritual attachment to trees and othe natural things like rock.

I have never engaged in the activity of cutting down a tree, nor do I have any intentions of doing so in the future. Trees play an essential role in providing the world with oxygen, which is vital for all living beings to breathe and survive. In addition, they help preserve soil by preventing soil erosion and maintaining a healthy ecosystem.

Yes, once in my whole life and that was papya tree. I, with my two friends took permission from house owner and started cutting it. Nowadays I can feel it's pain. When we cut it we further cut and made a raft and went to small pond. I remember my that childhood time, as when we put this raft on pond and just one of us stand on it, it sink and nothing left there as only depressive laughing.

That is not a funny thing to cut down a tree for firewood
There is no winter here though. And anyone doing the cutting of a tree will be penalised by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources ( DENR). No one cuts a tree tree.
