Have You Ever Got a Job Through LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is a social media website for professionals. I have one, however I have not found a job through the website. A friend of mine got one a few years ago. She promoted her experiences and skills, joined different groups, and networked with other professionals. I will strive to optimize my LinkedIn profile and include appropriate keywords. I will try to generate some content and share it, too.

I have an account that I created long time ago. I only retrieved my password last year because a Manager from the US retired from work and I want to connect with him outside work. I found him but I think he is not using his Linkedin. I am only browsing job hiring on the platform and never tried applying to a post or posts.

I am a member of this site but after some years, they requested members to upgrade, so I am inactive on that site. There are many jobs there but none suit my taste.

No, i have account for reading some PowerPoint's on there but never posted my job resume, i think the platform have jobs for those who have IT related experience.

Yes, most LinkedIn users use the platform to browse jobs. Some post content that I had never done before.

Yes, many fortunate people found jobs through this platform. Finding one is a challenge for me. LOL. However, I will continue to try. Perhaps I'll be lucky this time.

I have an account and I even created a fake resume there, but I have never used it to look for a job because in our country it is not a popular application at all and no one posts vacancies there
