Helping Family Get a Job at Your Company

Would you help a member of your family get a job at your company? Is it right to do so?

There are some cases I know that it would be a bad thing to do, as family can cause issues with the work environment, if people believe the person doesn't deserve the job.

If I have the opportunity to help, then I will certainly help them. But then again it depends on the individual. If it's someone with good character, then I can help.

It is essential to support our family, but it ultimately depends on their attitude. If I had known they were incompetent and had a bad attitude, I would not have recommended them for a position at our company.

Sometimes that os really not professional on today's world. Most companies have been ruined by the family members the you can't sue them to the court of law

One must be very careful when doing that some family members can become so toxic in the workplaces that can ruin your trust with the bosses.

I have helped some friends get jobs in the organization I work for. But that is risky as their every misbehaviors would be linked to you.

I hired my sister as the cashier for my milk tea business. I trust family members more than an outsider. I can easily monitor my sister, and I have not observed a malicious act so far.

It would depend on the person in concern. I have some family members who are really good and trustworthy. They will not take undue advantage. I can hire them for my business. But there are ones I would never because of who they are as a person. Some are just jealous and trouble makers. I will try to avoid them.
