How did you get to know about the social media sites?

Long time ago when l was in the high school, l saw and heard about about my schoolmates using different social media sites stealthily at school. They influenced me on that and l too started using the Facebook after school till now.

I first joined a social media website called Friendster after coming across it while browsing the internet. I later became a member of Myspace as well.
