How does the government handles hoarding practices on business in your country?

Here in my country, hoarding is not allowed in business. Therefore its being considered as a crime and businessmen caught practicing that would have their business licenses provoked and face charges on the same.

The government does not really care about things like this over here, as long as it does not affect people in anyway.

It is only when the hoarding creates artificial scarcity that the government moves to seal such businesses engaged in hoarding.
