How is your government seriously on the compliance on the business regulation and licencing?

In my country the business requires one to comply on the registration of the business to the registrar of the business companies not forgetting the acquiring of the business licences before they are allowed to start businesses activities. Failure to that results in to confiscation of the business merchandise and being Sued to the court of law against the same.

Same here business needs to abided by its rules or regulations or they risk being Sued

For small businesses, the government would not really force you to register your business but it is very important you do cause you will be limited in most ways.
