I don't know why but if you need it too much then it will be hard to get it, i have come to experience on both gaining weight and loosing weight and i didn't get what i wont then i wont it, and that makes me mad so much,I think it's not an easy task, have seen someone complain of putting on more weight despite the work out and medications consumed. It didn't just take exercises, a lot of her salary was spent on nothing. I think she moved on.

Yes exercise is very important you need it if you want to lose weight.It's best to do the daily exercise to reduce weight and even if you won't reduce your food intake you'll remain in good shape as long as exercise everyday.
