You or your employees may sometimes feel lazy or procrastinate, so it is critical to identify the underlying problem. They feel lethargic or procrastinate due to lacking motivation or personal problems. Do your best to motivate your employees by rewarding them for a job well done, recognizing their efforts, and so on. Of course, lead by example. If people see you working hard, being dedicated to your work, and having the right attitude, they will follow suit. It also promotes work-life balance at the workplace. If they are overworked, they will be burnt out.
