In the recent years, we have abundance of choices to watch. Gone are the days when movie night meant outing with your loved ones. It was exciting to go out in theatre. Now, we are bombarded with choices from the comfort of our home. Though with the OTT platforms and streaming services, movie watching has become budget friendly and convenient, it doesn't hold the same charm like old days. The huge number of choices can be overwhelming too. And many a times people get into binge watching addiction. We also keep switching in between to find a better one. A lot of time is wasted in surfing what to watch than in actually watching something.
It has become more overwhelming distraction than the actual entertainment. Share your thoughts about the same.

Yes the huge number of movies to choose from can be frustrating for most people, but to me i think it is okay. The more we have, more options i get to choose from. I tend to pick my movies carefully when i watch.

Yes, many people are happy with the huge number of movie available as option. I think it's a very good option with the little money that we pay and be able to watch so many at our convenience. Also, we have the option to leave something if we don't like and look for something else.
Today I am at home and wanted to watch a good movie. I surfed for almost 90 minutes, watching few minutes of many and then moving to other. So, in nutshell I wasted all my time surfing and finally not watching anything..well, that's one downside with so many options.

Why would anybody want to stand in line then be jostled by people, have some kid kicking your seat, people talking too loud? It's a lousy experience and in no way helps or inhibits my antisocial attitude.....And oh yes, it's expensive.
