Is noodles really bad for the body?

While noodles are a convenient meal, their nutritional value varies. Opt for whole-grain or vegetable-based options for added nutrients or garnish it with several vegetables just like I do. Moderation is key, as excessive consumption of processed noodles may contribute to health issues.
Aptly written I do my noodles a lot with veggies. I might just have to reduce the consumption rate. it is really high for me
 
I think the vegetable based noodles is not bad for our health, basically noodle is the traditional food of Asians and they are health and live longer so i don't think its a bad for health, maybe the processed one will have some conservative agents and flavored agents and that will make some health problem in long term.
 
It can be bad for your health, especially for your kidneys, if you eat noodles often. It is still best to eat a healthy-balanced diet. My classmate wayback in high school has a kidney failure due to excessive eating of noodles.
