Hello Discussion Bucks Community,

We are excited to announce that we are looking to expand our team by bringing on board new volunteer Earnings Enforcers! This is a fantastic opportunity to become more involved with our community and ensure it remains a respectful and productive environment.

Role & Responsibilities: Earnings Enforcers play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our forum. As an Earnings Enforcer, your duties will include:

• Monitoring Discussions: Regularly review posts and threads to ensure compliance with forum rules.
• Enforcing Rules: Issue warnings, remove inappropriate content, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
• Member Assistance: Provide support to members by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintaining a Respectful Environment: Promote a culture of respect and positivity within the forum.

Requirements: To be successful as an Earnings Enforcer, you will need:

• Attention to detail.
• Sound judgment.
• A thorough understanding of forum rules.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.

• Earn an additional $0.01 per post and thread.
• Receive Gold Supporter Membership completely free.
• Possibility of additional rewards/pay based on performance.

Commitment:

• Ability to check Discussion Bucks for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week.
• Note: There is a 30-day probationary period for new moderators.
