I have never interviewed someone for a job. I have always been curious about the interview process. You as the interviewer, how do you feel before interviewing someone? How do you feel during the interview? would you say the feeling is the same as the feeling you get when you are being interviewed?

When I was working full time, I once worked in the Human Resources Department, doing a lot of interviews to hire people. Before I interviewed the potential candidate, I'll read over his/her resume, During the interview, I tried to get a feel of what type of person s(he) is. His/her strengths and weaknesses, and career aspirations.
