One of the most consumed beverages is tea as it is most commonly used for breakfast. There are big tea brands already in the market. Some are even international. Do you think that I stand a chance to succeed if I start a tea brand right now? Would a tea brand startup succeed in your city?

It would be a hit to start a new tea brand, but to be able to do something different, you need to put in extra effort to be different for what exist in the market.

It depends on your definition of tea! In Nigeria, what most people called tea is mixture of milk and chocolate. Secondly, Nigerians don't normally drink tea but beverage. Therefore, if you want to start tea brand, try to define what you are about to start very well and check the usability ration in your market audience.

In my city, there are already many brands of tea in the market. For new entrant, s(he) must work hard and find a niche like developing a tea with unique taste and offer health benefits.
Sure a lot of products have good brands already. it would need a new entrant to just give a different reward to get more customers

It really depends on your delivery. There's already a lot of tea brands out there, if your delivery isn't up to par then it will be a miss. It needs time and serious planning to get people to change from their trusted brands and give your brand a try.
