Paid survey for low tier country

It is not easy for members from low tier countries to make money with survey so that is why many people have given up on survey. But there are some companies that has surveys available for low tier countries and are paying well.

I stumbled upon afrisight.com so time ago and they have surveys that are available for Africa and they pay as high as $3 per survey with $4 as minimum withdraw into bank account or airtime.

Living in a tier-3 country is quite a disadvantage, especially for people who want to make more money online. Most websites, especially survey websites, favor top-tier countries the most. I am only a member of two survey websites - YouGov and Rakuten Insight.
