Ok as I mentioned in my cashout post about this site in the top corner there is a flame and as long as you complete a survey for 7 days in a row at the 7th day you will get the chance to pick a box to get more points and that day always stays the same as long as you keep completing the surveys and do not miss a day. So far I have made it 36 days and claimed a box for more points yesterday.

Your welcome. We are staying at a suite in a best western hotel with friends that came for a visit and they have a hot tub and pool we went in it and he said it helped also.
