Social media plays a dual role in social crises. On one hand, it can help spread awareness, mobilize resources, and connect people during crises. Conversely, it can also amplify misinformation, escalate tensions, and spread panic. Its impact depends on how it's used—positively for crisis response or negatively by fueling chaos.

Social media has it's good side and bad side, this is why we have to be extremely careful about the kind of information we get online and what we do with it.

Social media like Facebook is important for my work and business. I display my online business on Facebook Market place. For my offline business, I also use Facebook for my direct marketing. Those who experienced negative encounters on Facebook it's their fault for entertaining scam people.
