Due to economic downturn and population, the mayor of Götene in Sweden announced the selling of plots.

They are selling land for a very low price and can build houses or building within 2 years. Residency is not required. So if you are from other country you are welcome to buy land.

Sweden is my dream country but I don't have the budget to buy a land there. If I had money I would have bought it and started living there.

Sweden is selling 1 sqm for only 1 SEK = 7.94503 INR. That's the cheapest I have ever known so far. If only I can go to Sweden without a Visa or free airfare, I would go and visit the place to buy 7,000 to 12,000 sqm.

Her salary if converted to PHP money is 250,000a month. How nice to buy a land there as investment, but it is too far away.
