The people of Bihar and UP need be made aware of civic sense

The journey to Kumb Mela, Prayagraj, is becoming impossible because of mob fury witnessed at Delhi railway station which has led to stamped. This chaos is being mainly created by the pilgrims from Bihar and people based outside UP but natives of UP. The people of these two states need to learn civic sense.

It's unfortunate that you can't force them to learn this, they have to make the decision themselves and start taking little changes.

That stamped causing deaths, bruises and ruins if those people realized the risks. Their impulsive actions led them to disgrace and demise. It's always near to see the proximity and the utilisation of the commonsense.

They need firm handling to enforce discipline. Indiscipline in UP and Bihar is accepted as normal.
