In the previous months, I used to buy tomatoes, garlic, ginger, Bell pepper, red pepper, cucumber, onions and others by kilo but it is not anymore this time buying by kilo. I buy them 1/2 a kilo others like tomatoes 1/4 for they easily rot.

I am not anymore happy with how the prices gone up. They never go down. I don't know if the previous prices will be restored, only time can tell.

One must not need to put all the expensive spices. Even local spices can do the same thing that those spices that are expensive.

Only if it is needed, but I normally just add onion and garlic to dishes that need sautee. If not needed, I will just leave as is as it is just me and brother at home.
