According to the report, the U.S. launches new waves of air strikes on Houthi rebels In Yemen. The new wave of attacks marks an escalation in the conflict with the Iran-backed rebel group on March 17. President Donald Trump cited the group's attacks on shipping in the Red Sea as the reason for the military action. In a Truth Social post on March 19, the US President said, "Tremendous damage has been inflicted upon the Houthi barbarians, and watch how it will get progressively worse It’s not even a fair fight, and never will be. They will be annihilated!".
