Trolls, negativity/toxicity, cyberbullying, privacy concerns, censorship, and fake news are some of the current social media challenges that I am aware of. Personally, I often encounter negativity and misinformation, particularly on Facebook. LOL. This is why I chose to deactivate my account. I noticed some people fighting over petty issues. If they have to argue, they should not do so on social media. What else would you add to this list?

In social media platforms most of the users tend to be very fake. They impersonate the characters of the other influential people that tend to fake profile photos among other things.
You are correct. Social media is rife with fake people. They pretend to live a prosperous life, but they are actually in debt. They frequently borrow money from others to brag on social media.

social media is very fake and you can see a lot of negativity in it it's cool but it also has a lot of cons as well it can even change you as a person
You are right, AruneBend. It is full of fake people. This is the reason why I deactivated my FB account. LOL

Another major issue we face on social media is the issue of false information. The social media space is filled with lots of false information. One needs to be extremely careful with the amount of information they meet online.

I completely agree. With so much misinformation circulating on social media, we really can't take everything at face value. It is essential to fact-check whenever possible.

For me, the worst is spam and a lot of just garbage. People post useless videos and that too in large numbers and it takes up my time when I need to watch something interesting and I have to scroll through such videos

Yes, there is a lot of spam out there. They tend to share a lot of unnecessary stuff online. But sometimes, we can't really blame them, maybe they are just bored or something. All we can do is scroll past those videos.
