What are the Quora's earning rates?

It seems it's a Question and Answer site. I don't have any idea if it pays members or not. I will read the feedback online.
It only pays to post questions, but only if get chosen by Quora staff at their sole discretion (they don't show the requirements, until I know). I was an active Quora member, but I never received the invitation to become a paid member. What a disappointment, as I made my best effort to get the invitation.

Putting in all your efforts was so disgusting, but your posts were not recognized. You better ask for the criteria for accepting a question qualifying for a paid member.I will try to register on Quora to observe.

At present they pay to answer questions, but it is difficult to predict how much a member will make for posting an answer. Even if the answer has thousands of page views, it may not make money.

That site is time-wasting, why must people sacrifice for the sake of the site's popularity? It seems the members there are only used for the personal interest of the site owners. You better stay aways from that site.

Thanks for the more information l am getting about the Quora question and answer site. It's like the site is not clear on its way of recruiting the paid members and the earning rates are not very clear at all.

I doubt if this is a paying site though but I might be wrong. I have also seen someone talk about this platform, but I highly doubt it's a paying site. It's more like a question and answer site.

I am very active member of Quora, I have written too many articles for this site as well as my answers are getting much more views. All I am trying to get it's benefit by pasting my website links in my answers. They have their paying policy but which is very low and I think for some specific countries.
