What causes the speed of the laptop to continue lagging and lagging?

In my experience on Windows 10, if I am faced with this problem I open each browser I use and Clear Browsing Data. On Chrome or others based on Chrome click the three dots in the upper right corner and look for it on the menu.
First of all, especially in the case of Windows10 and 11, the lack of a SSD slows down the device. Ancient HDs became a burden.

On Chrome or others based on Chrome click the three dots in the upper right corner and look for it on the menu or press Ctrl Shift Del. Once the browsers are all clean, from the lower left search bar next to the Window key, search for disk cleanup and run that. Finally Restart Windows and see if that helps.

Thank you very much. I have tried yet, in the past, but on the other hand, I face the matter of typing and retyping all the tons of nicknames, passwords and keys to login. Unfortunately, not a big deal for people who work mainly in front of a screen, needing an average online 7 to 12 working hours per day😿...

The speed at which a laptop loads things is mainly affected by the type of storage drive it has. Solid State Drives are much faster than traditional Hard Disk Drives because SSDs don’t have any moving parts, allowing them to find and access data quickly.
