What is the next smart technology?

Our old phones around 20 years ago are now called dumbphones. Almost all people I see have smartphones now. Smartphones are very useful for communication and leisure. We now have smart TVs which can connect to the internet. We also have now smart watches. What smart technology will we have now and in the future?

I would say the smartest technology we have right now is a device which is injected to a diabetic patient which regulates the patients blood sugar level and it pump's insulin to the patient without any additional commands, and the patient can track his or her sugar level with their phone.
