Many factors can contribute to a business being considered improper. One is poor customer service. This is one of the most common complaints about businesses. Customers may feel ignored, disrespectful, or like their needs are not being met. The other cause is low-quality products or services. If a business is selling products or services that are not up to par, customers are likely to be unhappy and take their business elsewhere. High prices are also another cause for a business being improper. If a business charges too much for its products and services, it may lose customers to competitors who offer better value.

Also, lack of innovation is among the causes. Businesses that fail to keep up with the times and innovate can quickly become irrelevant. Poor management is another cause. If there is ineffective leadership, it can lead to several problems, such as lo-morale, poor communication, and a lack of direction. If there's also an unhealthy company culture, most likely, a toxic work environment can make it difficult to attract and retain good employees, which can ultimately hurt the business. An improper business fails to meet the needs of its customers.

A business is considered improper if they sell fake products, offer poor customer service and treat their staff badly.
I agree with you. A business is considered improper if it's selling fake products and offer poor services that tend to discourage the customers.
