Ugly is a subjective term, and what makes a business ugly can vary greatly depending on individual perspectives and values. However, some common factors that contribute to a negative perception of a business are: ethical and moral issues, social impact, business practices, and other factors like appearance, brand image, and personal experience. Businesses that exploit workers, customers, or the environment are often seen as ugly. This includes practices like unfair wages, deceptive marketing, and unsustainable production methods.

Also, businesses that operate in secrecy or hide their practices from the public can be perceived as untrustworthy and unethical. Further, engaging in illegal activities, bribery, or other unethical practices can damage a business's reputation and make it appear ugly. Moreover, businesses that provide poor customer service, lack responsiveness or treat customers disrespectfully can damage their reputation. Ultimately, what makes a business ugly is a matter of individual judgment. However, businesses that prioritize ethical practices, social responsibility, and customer satisfaction are more likely to be perceived as positive and valuable members of society.

If there is bribery, unethical practices and immoralities, a certain business can be considered ugly. It surety ruins its reputation and brand identity. No one will no longer believe and if it's not stopped most likely, the court orders its closure.

A business that provides poor customer service, lack responsiveness or treat customers disrespectfully can damage their reputation. This alone can make the customers dislikeness of the business center and they most likely shift to the next steps to the rival business that offers better services.
