If your house is like mine, there's an awful lot of Halloween candy in the house this morning and it's far more than I think we can reasonably eat. Do you have any ideas on how to use it all up?

Any chocolate candies can be chopped up and used in cookies, and we'll definitely be baking and giving away cookies in December. Maybe some will get mixed into brownie batter too. I don't know how to use up things like Twizzlers and Jolly Ranchers, except maybe to decorate gingerbread houses in December.

I've heard there are ways to donate extra Halloween candy to military troops, but I haven't figured out where is a good drop-off location in my area.

What do you do in your household?

I have never really thought about this question before, i guess it's probably because we dont really celebrate it. Anyways am sure of people usually dash them out or preserve them to eat from time to time.

I never celebrated halloween, and that is because in my country we don't have Halloween day, we only celebrate religious holidays and national holidays, but i really want to see how Halloween is, and the candis the cloth and decorations are amazing.
