Which do you prefer to drink, milk or Milo 😁

I drink milk and Milo at intervals, lol, but there were straight two months that I drink Milo only. I like it's taste and the ad is right that Milo gives full energy but I go back to drinking milk only. I observed I can't sleep for 8 hours after drinking Milo for straight one month. After I resumed drinking milk, I already have a good sleep for straight 8 hours. Maybe Milo contains caffeine. I will contact the company branch here in my place.

Yes green tea without adding anything extra is very healthy, though it has also been long i had green tea myself.

My body system dislikes tea even green tea. I felt no energy once drink it so I never attempted to drink after my observation. There is nothing better than milk though it's getting expensive. I just drink one glass daily after breakfast.

Been drinking milk all my life, I prefer 1% and also like it in chocolate flavor. But I can only get that in 2% so don't drink much of it. (I'm a bit of health nut)

Drinking fresh milk from a neighbors cow means drinking unpasturized milk...not a good thing to do.
