Which voice to text transcription app is the best?

There are numerous apps on the Apple Store and the Play Store that can be used to transcribe voice to text.

Which of the free transcription apps from any of the two app stores would you suggest to be the best for transcription tasks? What are your reasons?

I don't think that there is a better voice to text transcription tool than otter. It has a monthly free allocation of usage.

At the end of the day, i don't think there is one in particular that can be called the best, its simply more about preference.
