Report online has it that an Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti Division, on Monday sentenced a 25-year-old man, Gabriel Emmanuel, to life imprisonment for kidnapping a monarch, Oba Adeniran Benjamin Omotayo, the Eleda of Eda-Ile in Ekiti East Local Government Area of the state.


Emmanuel, who was arraigned on March 8, 2023, on a three-count charge bordering on murder, kidnapping, and demanding property with menace with intent to steal, committed the offences in 2020 and 2021.

That criminal was not in his right mind, he might have taken drugs. There's no sane individual to commit such a heinous crime ay his young age. His parents are to blame too.

That's sad when I visited in New Zealand, I learned that most people there do not have God and religion. My ex new Zealander bf, ( RIP) didn't have religion. But he believed in God's existence. His good deeds as basis for salvation may have brought him to eternal peace and paradise. .
