What to do with a lazy staff?

I notice that there are lazy staff as far my observation is concerned, In the mall where my business is stalled I always notice a staff in the shoes department does not entertain the customers requesting about the exact sizes of their shoes. The sales staff hides herself and never works. I'm wondering why she's dumb. She's paid but no return of the money she received by the company. Her other co worker is the one doing her supposed task. I plan to drop a feedback on their feedback box. I don't like to report personally. It's also crucial if that staff retaliates. She might have a murderous mind so dropping a feedback on their feedback box is safer. If my staff is like that, I'm going to advice the staff to resign and go home and sleep.

You better mind your business! Sometimes! We bring problem to our doorstep unknowingly. Let the management of the company or business find out by themself or you may risk your life and business over triviality.
