Any other solid assets apart from real estate and gold?

I have always wanted to invest in solid assets. I have an attachment to solid investments because I have some belief that they always come out with better yield

Gold and real estate are examples of solid investments. Which other solid assets can one invest apart from those two?

Collectibles can be a good investment if you can liquidate the collectibles at a good price. Many people are involved in luxury watches, which can be sold at a good price later.

I don't know of any other tangible investments apart from those gold and real estate. I am not sure any other exists.

You can start a business of production not just buying and selling. Manufacturing is a solid way of investing money

There are other items like silver or diamond. I have heard people still invest in silver and diamonds as well.

Well, people do go for luxury collectibles and antiques. They have a niche market but can be liquidated in time of needs. I don't have a personal experience with that.
While, silver is considered as an investment option giving reasonably good profit, diamonds are still not seen as investment thing in our country. It's an item of luxury and personal possession than an investment thing. The resale value of diamond does not yield much of profit.

There are so many assets including crops like corn. Other precious stones like silver are also solid assets.
