Well, I have created test apps for my website through no code development platforms but never launched app publicly

I think it is a paid service and not providing such service for free or you have a limited number of trials or subscription plans. It is not a perk for everyone.

Well you can use these programs to create app for free but if you want the app top publish, you will have to pay monthly subscriptions

It could be done with AI services so text to code with minimum understanding of code it is not hard like before.
