Imagine in an organization, the owner starts to demand that staff must join to pray according to the religion of the owner. And some staff are not adherents to that religion.

Is there an infringement to on the right of the staff with that? Can the staff sue the company and win with that kind of case?

Everyone who believes in his faith and his Almighty wishes to start the day with prayer to bring some positive vibes, blessings and luck. But then it should not be forced on any one. Religious faiths and prayers are personal choice and it is wrong to force it on anyone. I am sure that no faith in this world would suggest that or advocate for forcing their religion on others. This would be demeaning to the religion itself.

It is a big no for me forcing me to join a religious practice not part of my culture. My former boss forced all his employees to attend the gathering of the Born Again Christian church every afternoon so instead of going home after a stressful, day, employees must spend another two hours attending such gatherings which angered the employees. The employees filed for the removal of the manager and he was fired by the owner of the company and we rejoiced our success.

In my country there is no such rule, workers must worship according to the owner's religion, and of course will be processed in court. every employee is free and has the right to practice their religion or worship according to their respective religions.

Correct, it does not mean that because he is the boss, he can dictate all the employee's rights including religion. My former boss was so toxic and he ended shamelessly when he was advised to resign. He did not now that one of my colleagues was the son of the owner.

It depends on the country in which you are living. If a country is secular, then usually religion based discrimination is prohibited , though it always exists to some extent.
