Delay in payment from customer

For more than 8 years, a customer was always paying to my paypal account on the 1st month, he has not paid this month. Has the change in government affected the payment or is he intentionally not making the payment?

In this case it could be anything we are not preview to the mind of the customer. it could just be that he doesn't have to pay

Yeah the person might just be going through a tough financial time. We can be patient or just find out the issue

I think that question is best answered by your customers. How can users on this forum know why your customer is not paying.

The easiest option would be to contact them if you have been working with them for a long time then you can contact them for the reason of delay
