I think loneliness strikes anytime, any day and in any occasion. It is an inevitable feeling one may experience and cannot be ignored and walk away. There will be many reasons why. One might be no money to celebrate Christmas so there is nothing you could offer to your family. Another reason might be sickness. You cannot feel the happiness while the days are full of merriment. Another instance that may cause loneliness is you are alone because your family migrated abroad or it's you far away from them. The nostalgic feeling sucks as if you are stabbed with a sharp and felt like crazy being alone and lonely.
Whatever we face that causes us to feel lonely this Christmas, just shout out, box the wind or dance as if nobody is watching us to eliminate the sucking feeling.
